3. Where do you ship from?

Most of our products are shipped from Hong Kong. However, all our custom print products are made and shipped locally from USA, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia to offer more reliable and faster shipping times.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

6. When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

8. What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

11. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

12. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Can you merge photos together?

We sure can! You can upload multiple photos in the order page.

Can I preview the result before I purchase?

Due to the hand-made nature of our art, we don't offer previews prior to placing and order.

However, we do provide unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon your approval in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final art piece.

Can you print more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes! We offer pet portraits for two pets, three pets and four pets to be shown together in a single design. However, additional fees may apply.

Do you create portraits of only cats and dogs?

Cats and Dogs are certainly the most requested. We can also create wall arts for birds, horses, micro-pigs, hedgehogs and even fish!

We certainly look forward to receiving challenging and unique design requests from you. Send them through!

Do you do human portraits?

Yes we can do human portraits, but that isn't our specialty.

How do I know if the photo I have is good enough to use?

If you follow these simple guidelines, your photo will definitely be good enough to use!   

  • Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
  • Try to snap that shot at eye level with your pet
  • Get a close-up shot so we can really see your pet's unique features
  • Make sure your pet's face is in focus, don’t let it get blurry!
  • Make sure that all their features (e.g. ears!) are in frame - we can't magically add them in the portrait if they aren't found in the original photo

Once you submit your image and proceed with the payment, we will be conducting a thorough assessment and advise you if an alternative image will be needed. 

It is always a good idea to upload as many images as possible that would fit the above guidelines.

Please be advised that if an image submitted is not suitable for the design, identifying the correct image may lengthen our delivery time by a few days.

Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?

Not at all. As long as your fur baby is in natural light, is not blurry, and the photo is taken on a modern smartphone, it will be perfect!

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Of course. We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied. You'll get an email when your portrait is ready for you to review. If you are not happy with the results we can offer free revisions. (Refunds are NOT accepted for custom printed products after they have been processed and shipped due to their unique nature).

Can I personalize this gift with my pet's name?

Yes, you can personalize modern and watercolor pet art products, as well as some other products, by adding your pet's name.
